The 2,500sf project is within an existing building on the main Cheraw Campus and includes limited interior demolition of existing CMU walls, ACT/lighting rework and replacement, a new toilet room and kitchenette. A non-refundable plan fee of $30 shall be paid to architect for drawings & specifications. All bidders should receive their drawings from Lambert Architecture directly.
