School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties is seeking quotations from qualified sources for the removal of existing backfill and sheet waterproofing system below grade. Successful bidder shall install a new sheet applied waterproofing system on the wall and tie into the existing below grade waterproofing system at Oak Pointe Elementary School.
The purpose of this project is to renovate portions of Drayton Hall’s modern caretaker’s house to create additional office and meeting space(s) for staff members. Constructed as a caretaker’s house in 1985, this structure transitioned to administrative space in 2018 as the three bedrooms of the building were converted to offices. Drayton Hall Preservation Trust now seeks to establish additional staff offices by enclosing a rear porch and converting an existing kitchen and common room to offices.
The City of Marion is accepting sealed bids for installing approximately 175ft x 10ft x 4in of stamped, colored concrete from Court St to Main St, around the fountain on the square across from the Marion County Courthouse. The project will be awarded on October 27 and must be completed by December 01, 2022. The contractor assumes responsibility for Workers' Compensation and General Liability Insurance. The County of Darlington is seeking proposals from qualified firms to rehabilitate the Hwy 34 Cashua Ferry Boat Landing, located on the Great Pee Dee River. The County of Darlington is requesting firms to do a full depth patching of holes in the pavement and 2" asphalt overlay of 7,573 sq. yards of parking and drive area. The County is also looking to replace approximately 618 linear feet of wooden guard rails.
Georgetown County is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a new security gate and automatic gate openers with an access control system for the Georgetown County Landfill. This will include the removal of the existing manual gate system. The current roadway, Landfill Drive is paved at 17 feet wide, and current gate post-to-post width is 24 feet. The roadway is planned for repaving and widening to 24 feet.
The project consists of demolition and renovation of electrical infrastructure required to relocate the existing shredder and add new shredder and granulator equipment.
