INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

The SC Department of Corrections intends to Sole Source AGPO, Inc., an automated solids separator installed as an integral part of the extensive waste manamgenet paln which is currenty in place.  The proper execution of this waste management plan allows the dairy operation to be in compliant with DHEC with both the state and federal stringent regulations and permit requirementas to the nutrient requirements in relation to animal waste land application and storgae.  All consumable and mechanical failure parts, designs and production are protected as proprietary and or patented to the original manufacture.
