Ross Mountain Passage of the Palmetto Trail consists of combination of new single-track trail, existing trail, and road for an approximately total 4.75 mi.  The total consists of approximately 1.1 miles of new trail, 1.3 miles of relocated trail development/construction in Oconee State Park, , and 1.7 miles of existing US Forest Service road.  This trail is intended for hiking and mountain bike usage.  Bidders MUST be members of Professional Trail Builders Association
