South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services (SCDPPPS) is conducting market research for the purpose of finding interested vendors in participating in a fixed price bid solicitation. This contract will provide contractual-based sex offender treatment services for offenders currently under the active supervision of SCDPPPS throughout the state of South Carolina. These offenders have been identified or assessed by the department as having a need for sex offender treatment services. This contract will be used on an as-needed basis. Qualified providers will be placed on a Preferred Provider List (PPL) from which SCDPPPS will select a provider(s) to undertake sex offender treatment services.
