Notice: The State of South Carolina intends to enter into a cooperative purchasing agreement with NASPO ValuePoint for Debris Removal and Monitoring Services. 

The South Carolina Office of Economic Opportunity is requesting applications for the ESG Program, CFDA#14.231, for the period 7/1/25-6/30/25. Private nonprofit entities and current PY 22024 ESG subrecipients are welcome to apply. Eligibility and program requirements are found at the NOFA posted on OEO's website, oeo.sc.gov. Applications will be reviewed as received. Deadline to apply is 4/25/25, 5pm EST. 

The State of South Carolina intends to enter into a cooperative purchasing agreement, via NASPO ValuePoint, for Procurement Assistance and Support Services. This solicitation has two categories: Category 1: Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS); and Category 2: IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Services (IT RAC). Currently these are two separate NASPO portfolios. NASPO is looking to align them onto one portfolio with this solicitation. South Carolina currently participates in the NASPO IT Research & Advisory Services agreement set to expire on January 18, 2026.
