The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) will hold a virtual vendor conference Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 2 p.m. EDT. SCDHHS will review its strategic plan and roadmap to modernize the legacy Medicaid Enterprise System. The conference will be held via Microsoft Teams. Vendors may register for the conference using the link here and providing the requested information. Due to the number of interested parties, SCDHHS asks each organization to limit participation to three individuals. The Presentation and roadmap materials will be available after the conference on SCDHHS’ website at https://www.scdhhs.gov/partners/vendor-information. SCDHHS will also invite written questions and will post responses to FAQs on the same webpage.
SCDC is seeking interested vendors to test Drone Radar equipment at our facilities. System must detect and locate non-radio frequency UAV's in our airspace. Alert staff within five seconds of intrusion. Must include a PTZ camera that works with the radar system to identify the UAS> System must provide recorded alert playback, own network to bypass cellular mitigation systems, and work with existing Radio Freq. drone detection hardware. NETC will extend a current contract with K3 Consulting for 6 months. K3 consultants will continue to provide Technical Support for NETC's Learning Management System (LMS) to assist faculty and students with using technology tools, and provide guidance on troubleshooting.
NETC will require an extension of the consulting contract with Ms. Lisa Prince. The extension to AD# 55718 is necessary to ensure continued support for NETC’s Office of Student Financial Assistance. Specifically, Ms. Prince will provide assistance and guidance with the submission of the PPA, CERS reporting, and the development and delivery of a comprehensive, complete, and accurate Financial Aid Operations Manual.
SC Commission for the Blind is seeking information from vendors that can provide vocational rehabilitation consulting services. This would include providing services that pertain to Agency policy and procedures, official form and document creation, reporting assistance to the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) of the U.S. Department of Education, and any other related topics. This will require that the vendor have a minimum of thirty (30) years combined experience working with the S.C. Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Services and/or SC Commission for the Blind and analyzing RSA 911 reporting data. If a vendor can provide these services and meet the required experience, please contact the SC Commission for the Blind by March 20, 2026.
