The Town of Bluffton, South Carolina (Town) is seeking statements of qualifications from an engineering firm licensed in South Carolina to provide planning, permitting, bid documents and closeout package for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) design of pathways for thirty (30) identified locations throughout Bluffton. Richland County is seeking proposals from engineering firms who can demonstrate their experience in planning, designing, bidding, and construction management for an expansion of the Eastover Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The existing plant is rated at 1.2 MGD, and the expansion will be 1.3 MGD for a total capacity of 2.5 MGD. The plant is located at 199 Wateree Station Road, Eastover, SC, 29044.

The Town is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to complete a master plan for 40.5 acres of land recently acquired adjacent to Doko Meadows Park located at 171 Langford Road. The requested scope of services will include, but not be limited to, providing planning services working under the direction of  Staff to evaluate potential uses and programming of the newly acquired land. The Town of Cheraw is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide a full range of design and implementation services to support the implementation of water and sewer system improvements as part of a Rural Infrastructure Authority SCIIP Grant.

Town of Cheraw is issuing this RFQ to identify a qualified landscape architecture and engineering firm that will be responsible for the design, bidding, and construction administration for a redevelopment plan for Caston Park and the multi-phase expansion Arrowhead Park in the Town of Cheraw.
