There are presently no accurate maps of the existing water distribution system. GIS mapping of the existing water system will be provided, and an assessment conducted of existing valves, meters, and fire hydrants. Recommendations will be provided for needed valve and hydrant replacements. From reviews and assessments, a Capital Improvements Plan with priorities will be developed. A preliminary estimate of probable costs for all recommendations described above will be provided.

Phase 1 Design Services for the design of the new Saluda Center for Manufacturing Excellence. Planned for approximately 28,000 sf. +/-

Design Services for Renovation of Henderson Hall. Henderson Hall is an older dorm unit on campus. This building needs to be updated before it can be used to house students again. Renovations will include flooring, painting, updated restrooms, updated mechanicals, updated piping, new doors, design, and flow of the building. Building will almost be completely gutted and shaped back into a newly updated dormitory.

The Greenville Transit Authority (GTA) d.b.a. Greenlink is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants with the intent to select one to assist with the design, oversight, and management of the installation of ADA-compliant bus stop pads and bus stop amenities over the course of the next five years. The contract is to be for a one-year period with four one-year extensions and is comprised of upgrades to be installed at up to 336 bus stop locations (subject to change).

The City of Georgetown is seeking bids from qualified and licensed marine contractors to provide maintenance repairs along Harborwalk timber deck support and floating docks.
Project consists of replacing timber pile caps under the boardwalk and repairs to floating docks at Francis Marion Park and Endo of Screven Street. Sanding and sealing of handrails with Ipe Oil.

MEP design services for building and site projects on campus of CCU. Typical projects include design of new chill water lines to connect to energy plants, MEP design within existing buildings and site lighting design. Knowledge and experience in Fire Protection system design and installation is desirable.

 The construction of a public works facility that will accommodate utility maintenance crews, equipment, offices, as well as a future fire substation. RFQ for Engineer Design Firms to provide professional Engineer Design Services for the Expansion of the City of Conway's Crabtree Greenway. This includes design, engineering and acquisition of easements of Crabtree Greenway Expansion between Mill Pond Road and El Bethel Road.
