There are presently no accurate maps of the existing water distribution system. GIS mapping of the existing water system will be provided, and an assessment conducted of existing valves, meters, and fire hydrants. Recommendations will be provided for needed valve and hydrant replacements. From reviews and assessments, a Capital Improvements Plan with priorities will be developed. A preliminary estimate of probable costs for all recommendations described above will be provided.

Design Services for Renovation of Henderson Hall. Henderson Hall is an older dorm unit on campus. This building needs to be updated before it can be used to house students again. Renovations will include flooring, painting, updated restrooms, updated mechanicals, updated piping, new doors, design, and flow of the building. The Greenville Transit Authority (GTA) d.b.a.
