The NSBP contains approximately 187 acres, located off SC Highway 34 and surrounding the old Greenwood Mills Sloan and Adams plants, being a portion of TMS #6895-643-129.

GIS mapping of the existing water system will be provided, and an assessment conducted of existing valves, meters, and fire hydrants. Recommendations will be provided for needed valve and hydrant replacements. From reviews and assessments, a Capital Improvements Plan with priorities will be developed. A preliminary estimate of probable costs for all recommendations described above will be provided.
