Greenwood County is requesting Qualification Statements from interested and qualified Engineering Firms to perform surveying, conceptual master planning, and environmental due diligence services on the Ninety Six Business Park (NSBP). The NSBP contains approximately 187 acres, located off SC Highway 34 and surrounding the old Greenwood Mills Sloan and Adams plants, being a portion of TMS #6895-643-129.
