The project will consist of developing multiple tracts of land located within Williamsburg and Georgetown Counties for the future Black River State Park. Lancaster County is seeking Design Build professionals to construct a Coroner's facility. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and constructing the facility.

Charleston Water System is issuing a Request for Qualifications to solicit a Statement of Qualifications from engineering firms interested in the opportunity to provide a full range of engineering services to support the implementation of the Town of Hollywood Wastewater System Condition Assessment project. Addition to the Douthit Hills community at Clemson University to provide additional housing for first-year students. This project will provide an additional 360 student beds, 12 rooms for resident advisors, as well as a classroom, collaboration

The City of Greenwood is looking for a licensed engineer to provide a full range of engineering services to assist in conducting a Stormwater study for the City of Greenwood. The City of Greenville is seeking proposals for design services for the Swamp Rabbit Trail Green Line between Hudson Street and River Street (between Unity Park and Downtown Greenville).
