Richland County Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center is seeking request for proposals from qualified firms with experience in perimeter guard shack upgrades. Firms will need to remove or demollish the existing guard shack in order for a new guard shack to be installed/constructed. Additional concrete must be added to the slab to accommodate the increased size of the desired guard shack.
