Roof Maintenance Contract

The Clover School District is accepting bids to replace an AHU-10 unit at the Clover High School Applied Technology Center.

The City of Beaufort is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to make repairs and replace windows to the City’s office building located at 500 Carteret Street, Beaufort, SC.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM, September 18, 2024, in the 1^st Floor Planning Conference Room.

Scope of Work: Replacement of the entire roof membrane, installation of new flashing, and repairs to structural elements.

Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor to Provide and Install 6” Gutters to all Concrete Canopies + a small section of Aluminum Canopy at McCants Middle.  See solicitation for details.  

The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the modernization of the Church, Spring, and Aloft Parking Garage elevators. The selected contractor will be required to modernize all current, existing elevators, in the Church, Spring, and Aloft Parking Garages, by providing upgrades.  The contractor is to keep existing elevator components as well as provide and install new, non-proprietary components.  

The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids for elevator maintenance and a service agreement for elevators located in several parking garages throughout the City of Greenville. Details of the equipment are included in the solicitation documents for this contract. This is a multi-year agreement and the contractor must guarantee the quoted prices for a period of three years.

Cherokee County School District is requesting bids from qualified contractors to perfom renovations at the Blacksburg High School Gymasium.   

Mandatory Site Visit on September 5, 2024 @ 10:00 AM, EST at Blacksburg High School (201 W. Ramseur Street, Blacksburg, SC 29702)

 Lexington Two is seeking bids for landscaping services. All work shall be performed by contractor awarded the contract. Subcontracting any portion of the contract requires pre-approval by the District. The area being serviced shall be the District Education and Performing Arts Center located at 3205 Platt Springs Road, West Columbia, SC 29170.

The City of Charleston is soliciting bids for continued maintenance for four parking garages. Scope includes limited ADA improvements, concrete crack and spalling repairs, joint repairs, restroom improvements, miscellaneous painting, etc. Contractors may obtain a copy of the bid package at www.aeplanroom.com no earlier than August 19, 2024.

Greenwood CPW is seeking proposals for a Professional Water Tank Maintenance Program from contractors experience and licensed to perform these services in South Carolina. Program will consist of a turn-key maintenance agreement on the inspections, maintenance, repair, and coating of 6 elevated and 2 ground storage tanks.
