The SDPC is accepting sealed proposals from qualified South Carolina Licensed Architectural Design Firms for design, consulting, and engineering services for the following Capital Improvement Projects: West End Elementary, Crosswell Elementary, Gettys Middle, East End Elementary,and Forest Acres Elementary. The district expects this design work to take place over the next 12- 24 months.

This project will construct a seven (7) story building at the corner of President and Bee Streets for the College of Medicine. Total occupiable area will be approximately 250,000 sf. The existing Vince Moseley Building will be demolished.
