Georgetown County, SC is seeking a qualified firm to develop a Watershed Plan and Environmental document for the tidal passage on Sandy Island located in Georgetown County, SC.  Qualified firms are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the RFQu document.  

A minimum of (4) consultants will provide architectural and engineering services for repairs/renovations to existing structures and the construction of new structures, along with project management. Teams should consist of architects, and engineers within the following disciplines; civil, mechanical, electrical plumbing, fire alarm & suppression/security/data, and to include cost estimation.  Work will be as directed by the OTAG - CFMO for Facilities located within the State.

The Town is seeking statements of qualifications from architects and other qualified space planners to provide a space needs planning assessment for Town facilities to accommodate growth in Town employees to support the anticipated increase in residents for the next ten years. The target start date for performing these services is April, 2023.

 Spartanburg Community College needs a Facility Master Plan that will include 5 Campuses.

Provide architecture and engineering service to renovate the Berkeley Campus for Trident Technical College to include critical infrastructure upgrades in areas such as electrical power, wastewater, storm water, and roads. Additional work is necessary to correct facilities maintenance issues such as HVAC and other building components. Flexible classroom and training space and high bay training spaces will provide economic development opportunities and other industry-specific training.

Berkeley County School District is soliciting qualifications for an IDQ contract for general A&E Services on an as needed basis.

This RFP aims to seek an engineering consultant to work for the City on this SCDOT project: Black River Road Widening. The project requires the realignment and relocation of existing water and sewer infrastructure. 

The project includes full architectural design and engineering for an approximately 50,600 square foot addition to the Jervey Athletic Center to house a performance and wellness center that will be home to Clemson Athletics strength and conditioning, nutrition, and the Sports Medicine & Recovery Program. The projct also includes approximately 18,850 square feet of renovation within the Jervey Athletic Center including improvements for the volleyball and track & field programs.

Marlboro County Government is seeking a qualified full-service engineering firm to assist with redevelopment efforts at Lake Paul Wallace. The selected firm will assist with creating a boardwalk along Beauty Spot Road. The project will involve structural work in constructing wetland boardwalks with fishing piers and trails.

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit interest and credentials from qualified firms, licensed in the State of South Carolina, to provide Architectural Services, consulting, design, and construction administrative services for the replacement/upgrade at three (3) separate York County Facilities: Moss Justice Center, Planning Building, & Government Center.
