This project will renovate various internal areas of the CHP-A and CHP-B buildings for the College of Health Professions. The renovations will address inadequacies in the buildings concerning student services, classrooms, communications, teaching labs, faculty offices, and facility support spaces. Student services improvements will include a new student lounge, a student engagement area, a reception area, classrooms, offices, & teaching labs.

The City is working to address emerging contaminants in raw water sources, specifically PFAS related compounds. A master plan will evaluate existing facility process, equipment, and capacity in conjuction with new treatment technologies that meet EPA standards for potable and wastewater for PFAS. The Master Plan will be used to guide master planning of our water system. This study is funded through the South Carolina Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF).
