The contractor will be responsible for safely dismantling and re-erecting the building at a new location (same physical address). The building should be erected to standards approved by Pickens County Building Maintenance. New footers are in place and Pickens County will handle the relocation of existing metal poles and beams. A delay of approximately two weeks between dismantle and erection will be necessary to relocate the metal poles and beams.
