This project involves the renovation of the Administration Building built in 1970. The 15,000 SF building consists of office and conference room spaces. The renovations will include interior replacements of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Interior finish upgrades will include restrooms, floors, walls, and lighting. Asbestos abatement, window replacements, and ADA improvements are also a part of this modernization.

This project will construct two elevated pedestrian bridges at the MUSC Charleston campus. The first bridge will connect the Ashley River Tower Building to the Bioengineering Building at the second floor level with connections to the Thurmond Gazes and Psych Institute buildings. The second bridge will connect the second floor of the Clinical Sciences Building to the second floor of the College of Nursing Building.
