The City of Darlington, South Carolina (“City”), is requesting proposals (RFP) to establish a contract with a qualified professional consultant for the Development, Planning, and Design, to include consulting services of landscape architecture and civil engineering firm, for the Darlington Renaissance Master Plan.

The SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (SCDOT)  request qualifications from all interested consulting firms experienced in providing inspection services of structural steel, signs & related items necessary for materials inspection & testing services for various highway & bridge projects.

Newberry County is seeking proposals from qualified firms for four of the approved projects on the 2022 CPST Referendum.  This solicitation will address four of the projects:  Downtown Newberry Amphitheater/Pavilion, Old Gallman School Community Center, Improvements to the Town of Prosperity Parks (4), and the Improvements to the Town of Little Mountain Reunion Park.

NCWSA desires to execute a professional services contract with a qualified engineering firm capable of providing professional engineering services associated with the planning, design, and construction of its Water Distribution System Upgrades project.  To be considered, a qualified firm must submit a complete Request for Proposal (RFP) by the deadline.  RFP is available online or by request.

The City of Hardeeville is requesting proposals from qualified design consultants to prepare construction documents for nine (9) projects located in four different areas of the City.  The construction consists of multiple vehicle parking lots and pedestrian walkways/sidewalks.

Roofing consultant services for Building ET 103 on the Main Barton Campus; Including field evaluation, roof replacement design, bid document preparation, construction bid oversight, and construction oversight.

Work to include Architecture services on various College of Charleston facilities. Scope might include feasibility studies, architectural design; historic preservation, submittals to State of SC, local or national agencies; development of bid documents; construction administration; presentation materials, and sub contracting any cosnulatants necessary to complete these services. Provide basic and additional services on all phases of project planning, design, construction, and building system commissioning. Full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing professional services may include studies and various regulatory requirements (e.g. DHEC, SCHPO, BAR, OSE, etc.). The firm must be able to provide design documents in AutoCAD drawings and/or Revit as well as presentation drawings and/or photos in PDF format and MS Word

Newberry County is soliciting proposals from qualified engineers for services to support the implementation of the SubertownRd/Gary Street Sidewalk Project, funded through the SC Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).

The City of York is soliciting Proposals from qualified Engineering Firms to provide engineering services for the City of York Water Filtration Plant Environmental Review & Remediation.

The City of Hardeeville, SC is requesting qualifications from Architects, Planners, and other qualified professionals to conduct a space needs assessment of 13 existing City-owned Facilities.

A roofing consultant to provide design, drawings, specifications and construction inspections for a roof replacement for Pennell and Memminger buildings. Pennell is a metal roof, and Memminger is a 2 ply modified bitumen roof. The other two buildings in this project are Herbert Center and Robertson. These roofs will need some extensive repairs done.

The Project will upgrade water system, storm drainage and roadway infrastructure throughout the area. Beginning near the intersection of US Highway 378 and Meeting Street, approximately 5,800 LF of 12” water main will be installed along Oliver Street and continuing west along August Street until it intersects with 9th Street. Approximately 4,200 LF of 6” water main will be installed throughout the project area to increase fire protection, along with replacement of all water services.

A/E Services for major renovations to the Wellford RC to include new roofing system, replacement of all interior HVAC, plumbing, electrical and wall and flooring finishes, renovations to existing male latrines and kitchen. Work may also include evaluation of existing road/parking areas for upgrade.  A/E selection will include same services for the Hartsville RC, w/separate Contracts.

Rock Hill Schools is accepting proposals for professional Architect and Engineering services for a new Elementary School build.  Firms must have been previously qualified under Request For Qualifications 21-2208 in order for the proposal to be evaluated.     

Colleton County is seeking qualified, licensed firms to provide engineering services necessary to prepare construction site development in Colleton County. These services may include but are not limited to, construction plans, preliminary planning, water & wastewater design, right-of-way plans, and economic development projects.
