This project will consist of paving approximately 1,315 LF of Victory Lane in North Charleston with previous asphalt pavement. Work will include, but is not limited to, site excavation, asphalt paving, pavement striping, pipe installation, erosion and sediment control, and traffic control. The project wil be contructed utilizing the items listed on the bid form in the solicitation.
Exterior wall/window repairs to the Jarret Building
The Morrison Court Drainage Improvement project is located in the Town of McClellanville and involves the replacement of an undersized 36" CMP culvert with a new 6' x 4' box culvert at Morrison Court (Appendix A Plans). Construction work will include, but not limited to: culvert removal, box culvert and headwall installation, channel improvements and riprap stabilization, asphalt milling and replacement, grading, and sediment an erosion control.

The project consists of the turn-key replacement of two telecommunications structures used for Emergency Management. Upgrades & addition to existing Calhoun Courts Energy Building
Each project is a 136,000 SF main building and a service building of 12,000 SF. Type of construction is concrete slab on grade, load bearing metal wall framing and roof trusses. Some structural steel support framing included. Main building incorporates admin. offices, kitchen/dining, activity spaces and small chapel. Plumbing, Mechanical (4 pipe from central equipment), Electrical and Fire Protection systems are included and associated site work. Each project will be bid separately.
Phase 3A (UNIT PRICE BID) generally consists of the installation of water mains in approximate quantities (including Alternates): 8” water mains – 11,920 lf; 6” water mains – 1,440 lf; Water services, short side –10 each; Water services, long side –10 each, and related appurtenances. Phase 3B(LUMP SUM BID) consists of construction of a 200 gpm well, wellhouse with chlorination facilities and installation of an existing 5,000 gallon hydro-pneumatic water tank and related appurtenances.
