Riverbanks Zoo and Garden announced an expansion which will take advantage of the Saluda River environment, to include a skyway gondola, a riverside restaurant, and a hillside primate habitat known as Phase II of “Bridge to the Wild.” Riverbanks Zoo will construct an emergency access service drive and provide site improvements, concrete plazas and foundations as well as support structures in preparation for and coordination with the gondola installation by Leitner-Poma.
