The Town of Batesburg-Leesville is seeking well qualified contractors to relocate utility services. ReWa is soliciting Bids for Lower Reedy Digester Improvements Project #424 –12/11/2018 RFB. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting 1/3/19 at 11:00 AM. Funding through the State Revolving Fund in South Carolina will be used to fund all or part of this project. New Construction of a 44,000 SF Mechatronic Education and Training Center on the Greenwood Campus of Piedmont Technical College. This is a one story high bay steel frame with CMU masony walls and corrigate metal skin. There are THREE Alternates included in the projects, along with allowances and unit prices. The U.S.D of C EDA is providing partial funding EDA Investment No 04-01-07250.

Each project is a 136,000 SF main building and a service building of 12,000 SF. Type of construction is concrete slab on grade, load bearing metal wall framing and roof trusses.
