Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is seeking a contractor to demolish and dispose of current ceiling grid and tile and replace with new grids and vinyl wrapped ceiling tiles.

This project includes the removal of Track Drive and reconfiguration of Lot P-04.  The existing handicap parking area is reworked.  The parking lot is expanded to the north and rotated to maximize efficiency.  Jervey Meadows Road remains the sole access into the parking lot.  Storm and other utilities are adjusted to accommodate the new configuration.

Charleston County is seeking a contractor for the renovations to the Charleston County Parking Garages restrooms. This consist of interior renovation of existing, single use men's and women's, unisex staff, public restroom, including the addition of more plumbing fixtures. Also, interior renovation of existing, multi-fixture men's and women's public restrooms. This is for the King and Queen street garage and Cumberland street garage in Charleston SC.

Repurposing approximately 3450 SF of existing administrative space into 2 science classrooms with a prep area and storage rooms. Select exterior windows shall receive window film with a gypsum wall assembly on the interior. HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical shall be renovated to support lab classrooms. All new interior finishes to include acoustical ceiling system, vinyl sheet flooring, and paint. Rooftop Air Handling Unit is OFCI and all casework is OFOI

Contractor shall remove all existing roofing material, repair any damaged areas that will compromise the integrity and structure of the new roof, install the new roof, repair and/or replace all flashings, and furnish and install pitch pans, as well as any other projects or items that are necessary to expand the life and longevity of the roof.
