30' x 30' Metal Storage Building and 2 each batting Cages

Installation of the Owner provided motor control centers and circuit breakers; demolition of the existing electrical systems, providing & installing wiring, conduit, panels; removal replacement of the existing lighting fixtures; & associated work tasks.

Project consists of removing (1) existing double exterior entry door & install new double exterior entry door.  Door hardware consistent with COH approved door system tying into CPI system. Test new installation for full functionality. Removing (6) existing windows & replace with (4) new windows. Internal walls patched and painted to match existing. Newly constructed exterior wall shall be stuccoed. Paint shall match existing color pigment.

The project is being funded through the SC Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) through the SC Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA).  The City seeks to optimize the existing influent pump station, clarifiers, oxidation ditches, and other unit processes to restore the WWTP back to its intended performance level.

The Project includes the following Work:

Rehabilitation of existing pump station with replacement of two (2) submersible pumps, valving, piping and electrical panels.

The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to
construct the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation for Martha Law Estates: 
 Includes 598 LF of removal and replacement of 8” gravity sewer, 179 LF of removal and
replacement of 10” gravity sewer, 3,066 LF of pipe bursting 8” gravity sewer, 10 point
repairs, 14 manhole rehabilitations, 4 new manholes, 57 services and associated
pavement replacement and resurfacing.

The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Pedestrian Safety Action Plan - Phase 2. This project scope includes curb & gutter repair; concrete sidewalk repair; concrete medians & ramps; installing detectable warning surfaces & thermoplastic pavement markings (cross walks etc.); installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacon’s (RRFB’s), traffic control and any erosion control, as necessary.

The project is for the installation of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 1,200 feet of existing 30-inch sewer and 1375 feet of 36-inch gravity sewer, located in two cross-country sections behind Moss Creek Drive Neighborhood and Old Dunbar Road Neighborhood, and the manhole rehabilitation of 18 manholes of various sizes and depths.

Furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary for the removal of approx. 232 LF of 12" sewer pipe, and replacement of approx.  232 LF of 15" SDR 26 PVC gasketed sewer pipe, of varying depths, for the completion of the work as set forth in the Proposal, as shown on the contract drawings, and any property restoration and erosion control per City of Aiken Specifications.

The project generally consists of approximately 21,850 LF of 16-inch water main, 30 LF of 10-inch
water main and 4,440 LF of 8-inch water main, a control valve station, associated SCADA, and
all appurtenances and incidental construction in accordance with the plans and specifications.
