The project consists of furnishing all materials, tools and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the construction/replacement of approximately 15,949 linear feet of 24-inch water main (including FIVE bores), hydrant assemblies, service connections, erosion and sediment controls, associated appurtenances, and surface restoration.

The project consists of the following generally described work: This work shall consist of the reconstruction and paving of roadways, installing drainage features, reconstructing sidewalks, it also includes the installation of underground (conduits) duct banks to facilitate the relocation of overhead utilities to underground. The contractor shall coordinate with utilities as necessary for the installation of duct banks.

The University of South Carolina intends to select a Construction Manager at Risk (CM-R) to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction services for the Williams-Brice Stadium Renovations. The project includes renovation and expansion at five different areas of the stadium affecting approximately 95,000 sq ft. Demolition to start summer, 2019. Construction to be complete by 2020 football season.

Construct an approximate 40,000 sf addition to Basic Science Building (BSB). Renovate approximately 13,000 sf of classroom space in BSB and 43,000 sf in the Colbert Education Library.
