The work consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the construction of two separate segments of sidewalk that connect parking lots to the BMX Supercross Track Facility. Work includes clearing, grading (earthwork), storm piping, sedimentation and erosion control measures, concrete paving including steps, handrails, pedestrian beacons, signage, and other ancillary work as detailed in the drawings and specifications.

The work consists of new bicycle and pedestrian improvement activities along Rifle Range Road from the roundabout of Cultivation Lane to the new intersection of Vaughn Ed Kee Parkway.
