The I-Block and J-block units involves demolition, resurfacing of existing showers, installing new stainless-steel showers, shower accessories, modesty panels as well as installation of epoxy floors and base in handicapped cells to complete specified work in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared therefore and entitled Moss Justice Detention Center Shower Replacement.

Installation Of 33 water services in the Henrytown Community. Work includes providing all labor and materials to connect residences to existing water meters, install service line from meter to resident service line from wells, capping existing service line at well, site restoration and appurtenances.

The City of Newberry wishes to solicit Design Build Services to renovate the old Newberry Observer Building at 1716 Main Street. The existing building is roughly 15,685 sf and will require a new TPO roof, exterior painting and storefront, new HVAC system, new electrical system, revisions to existing sprinkler system, interior upfit including concrete polishing, paving, and landscaping. Asbestos abatement and overall interior demolition have been completed.

New chiller plant intended to serve campus cooling needs. The full building supports 9,000 tons of chilled water
generation equipment. This phase completes the side development, building and provides the first 1,500 tons of chilled
water generation capacity. In addition, new 24" chilled water mains are being added to connect the plant to the existing
chilled water distribution system.

Berkeley County is seeking qualified contractors to upgrade and replace end of life cycle electrical and mechanical components for a Berkeley County Water and Sanitation (BCWS) Pump Station 090. Conduct satisfactory start-up and drawdown test on provided equipment. Demo identified equipment and restore pump station site after construction.
