The City of Charleston's project consists of concrete spall repairs to the Stoney Field bleacher stands, replacing all the expansion joints and sealing joints/cracks on the structures. Upgrades & addition to existing Calhoun Courts Energy Building
Phase 3A (UNIT PRICE BID) generally consists of the installation of water mains in approximate quantities (including Alternates): 8” water mains – 11,920 lf; 6” water mains – 1,440 lf; Water services, short side –10 each; Water services, long side –10 each, and related appurtenances. Phase 3B(LUMP SUM BID) consists of construction of a 200 gpm well, wellhouse with chlorination facilities and installation of an existing 5,000 gallon hydro-pneumatic water tank and related appurtenances.
