The City of Charleston's project consists of concrete spall repairs to the Stoney Field bleacher stands, replacing all the expansion joints and sealing joints/cracks on the structures.  Once all the repairs are made the bleacher surfaces will be coated with a waterproofing base coat and a textured top coat.  Two alternates include applying a corrosion inhibitor to the remaining unprotected cooncrete and a water sealant on the brick surfaces.

The work to be completed as a part of this project consists of providing all required materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct the 2016 Sewer Rehabilitation-Division A, including replacement of approximately 1,452 linear feet (LF) of 12” gravity sewer line with 16” Ductile Iron gravity sewer line; replacement of seven (7) existing manholes; modifications to two (2) existing manholes; removal and replacement of asphalt pavement: and related items.

The Town of Summerville is seeking sealed bids for new sidewalk construction on Parkwood Dr. from Simmons Ave. to Central Ave.

Scope of work incldues: Clearing, grubbing and demolition of existing vegetation and asphalt parking lot and concrete sidewalk. Project to include installation of brick pavers, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk, concrete curbing, pavement markings, landscaping/drip irrigation, lighting, electrical outlets, and cypress wood water tower.

Upgrade and conversion of JIPSD existing Regional Pump Station 2

The COMET will accept bids from qualified firms with experience to construct the Columbia Place Mall SuperStop.  All work must be complete within 150 days of the contract award date.  A pre-bid meeting will be held at Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
