The Atlas Road (S-50) Widening Project scope includes the construction of a 5-lane roadway with 4-12’ travel lanes separated by a 15’ median from Shop Road (SC 768) to Garners Ferry Road (US 76), including a 4-foot bike lane and 5-foot concrete sidewalks in each direction.
