Richland County is requesting bids for the installation, repair, modification, and/or replacement of guardrails within unincorporated Richland County. The contractor shall be responsible for the installation, repair, modification, and/or replacement of guardrail. This contract includes the replacement of damaged guardrail and related assemblies, the replacement of obsolete guardrail and related assemblies, and the placement of guardrail and related assemblies at new locations.
The project is the Phase 2 renovations of, and additions to, the existing Bolden Stadium. Installation of a synthetic turf system and related elements has already been contracted by the Owner. Bleacher installation will begin during Phase 2 bid period or shortly after. The Phase 2 scope of work includes construction of new concessions, restroom buildings, new ticket booths, new press box, minor renovations to existing facilities, site fencing and site development.
