Work shall consist of trenchless sewer mains and lateral repairs, including but no limited to CIPP, removal of protruding services, and root removal. MANDATORY PREBID 11/14/23 at 10:00am. Sealed bids will be received from qualified licensed providers for furnishing labor, materials, and equipment to perform Economy B Lot Expansion. Work includes demolition of existing pavement, grading & fill, new storm drains, curbs, new asphalt pavement and pavement striping, fencing, electrical, low voltage, landscaping.

This expansion will increase plant treatment from 4-MGD to 6-MGD by adding new sedimentation basins, two new filters, chemical injection systems, a one million gallon clear well and associated appurtenances. Please see documents for complete details.
