Horry County is seeking for its Stormwater Dept., Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from Qualified and Experienced contractors to provide repair techniques that minimize excavation as well as traditional open excavating methods for. Contractor(s) Agreements awarded from this RFQ will then be added to those awarded from RFQ 2022-23-016 to comprise a list of pre-qualified contractors Horry County can select from, on an as-needed basis, for follow-on projects.
