The Upstate Greenways and Trails Alliance (UGATA) has partnered with private landowners and other stakeholders to build a network of mountain biking and hiking trails near the Saluda River in western Greenville County.  With approximately 10 miles of trails already constructed, UGATA seeks to construct an additional three miles of multi-use trails.

Third, the schedule has a strict construction schedule that must be met. Last, the contractor must be flexible in workflow and adapt to conditions to ensure the first three components are met

Reconstruction of sidewalks in the Town of Saluda, SC located along N. Main St. and W. Church St (OptioN 1). Work inlcudes but is not limited to: demolition of existing sidewalks, curb and gutter, and handrails, new concrete curb and gutter, new concrete sidewalks, new handrails, new detectable warning strips at the intersection of North Main Street and West Church Street, new striping for parking spaces and new landscape planters.

The scope of work is to remove and replace the existing obsolete Fire Alarm Systems campus-wide, with multiple buildings, at Evans Correctional Institution with a new Fire Alarm System in accordance with all applicable codes. Bid Alternate#1: Provide bid alternate to  provide additional detection throughout the facility.

Repairs and improvements to two existing water system connections as listed; replace existing meters and control valves; Install sump pumps and discharge piping; Install electrical rack for new meter, control valve, and SCADA; Spray line existing vaults with Polymer Spray-on Liner; Install SCADA on the renovated connections and the existing water system components with all related improvements to be integrated with existing SCADA system. 

Work shall consist of trenchless sewer mains and lateral repairs, including but no limited to CIPP, removal of protruding services, and root removal.
