Repairs and improvements to two existing water system connections as listed; replace existing meters and control valves; Install sump pumps and discharge piping; Install electrical rack for new meter, control valve, and SCADA; Spray line existing vaults with Polymer Spray-on Liner; Install SCADA on the renovated connections and the existing water system components with all related improvements to be integrated with existing SCADA system. 

Work shall consist of trenchless sewer mains and lateral repairs, including but no limited to CIPP, removal of protruding services, and root removal. The construction of 50'X90 Concrete outdoor basketball court at the Fork Community Park. The court will be a concrete court. Grading of the property will be required. In addition, the court will be marked and two basketball goals installed.
