This bid is for the Erection of Crossfield Hangar Building at the Pickens County Airport.

The City of Woodruff is seeking qualified contractors to remove existing landscaping in the downtown bump out islands and reinstall new irrigation, lighting, electrical, plumbing, trees, and plants. The contractor must also remove existing brick pavers and install new pavers along the sidewalk.

This project is South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) funded through the Local Public Agency (LPA). Contract award is contingent upon federal funding availability. All federal, state, and local terms and conditions are applicable to Horry County, and will also be applicable to the successful IFB submitter and subcontractors.

The project involves construction of a right turn lane on Wallace Ackerman Drive at Ladson Road in accordance with the project plans titled “Proposed Plans for Dorchester County Project ID 23TSWA Wallace Ackerman Drive Turn Lane Project” dated November 8, 2023, which are included as an attachment to this solicitation.

The City of Mauldin, SC, is soliciting a Request for Quotations (RFQ) from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of Asphalt Shingles and TPO Roofing at the City of Mauldin Senior Center facility.

Roadway improvements and associated drainage improvements for Lazy Lane and Salty Rd. in Bamberg, SC. Clearing and grubbing of approx 1 acre, earthwork

installation of storm drainage system, 8000-SY of crushed concrete base course and all associated traffic signs. 

Install new fleece-back PVC roofing membrane and tapered lightweight insulating concrete over temporary roof and recoat upper roof.

The Project is located in the Town of Greeleyville, Williamsburg County, South Carolina, and consists of the construction of approximately 2,567 LF of 8” gravity sewer, 13 manholes, and all related work & appurtenances.

The project shall consist of traffic signal modifications and minor roadway re-configurations at the intersection of SC41 and Joe Rouse Road, and at the intersection of SC41, US17, and Dingle Road.
