Berkeley County is requesting bids from qualified and experienced construction firms to provide the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of River Landing Drive and Seven Farms Drive. In addition, Berkeley County is including a City of Charleston project as a bid alternative. This project is Seven Farms Drive Pedestrian Improvements.

The selected firm will be responsible for providing Progressive Design Build services that include the following: Project Management and Administration, Site Evaluation, BODR detailed design.

The renovation of an existing building into a greenway/park maintenance building and restroom facility for the Lower Saluda Greenway Project II.
