The project consists of improvements to one (1) block of Church Street and Heritage Plaza that shall include but not be limited to demolition (brick crosswalks, granite curb, concrete curb, sidewalks, asphalt, etc.) the installation of new concrete crosswalk, concrete sidewalks, brick pavers, asphalt paving, concrete curb, granite curb, storm drainage inlets and piping, electrical conduit, low voltage lighting, and tree grates.

REBID - Electrical and Control Systems Improvements

The Town of Perry will receive sealed bids at 1075 E. Railroad Ave. N. until August 11 at 2:30 PM where they will be publicly opened and read. Construction of approximately 3,820 linear feet of 8" PVC C-900 DR18 water main and approximately 3,485 linear feet of 6" PVC C-900 DR18 water main with valves, fire hydrants and new services.

The City of Aiken will be constructing 12" and 6" distribution waterline on Anderson Pond Rd and associated connections. This project is funded in part through South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority.

This project consists of a bridge replacement on Long Cane Road in Edgefield, South Carolina. The existing bridge is to be replaced with a prefabricated modular steel bridge system, Big R Modular Steel Bridge. Work to include new bridge abutments on support piles, approach slabs, wing walls, repairing, and armoring of the creek embankments.

The City of Rock Hill will receive submissions for the South Central Water Main Replacement project until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Submissions shall be uploaded online prior to the deadline and only via the City of Rock Hill Procurement Division eProcurement Portal by OpenGov. This project is being funded in part by the SC Rural Infrastructure Authority Basic Infrastructure (RIA) program.
