Demolition of the existing latrine and breakroom and the construction of new facilities. All existing partition walls and the existing concrete floor slab in the latrine area are to be removed. New walls and floors are to be installed to accommodate new fixtures.

Phase 3A (UNIT PRICE BID) generally consists of the installation of water mains in approximate quantities (including Alternates): 8” water mains – 11,920 lf; 6” water mains – 1,440 lf; Water services, short side –10 each; Water services, long side –10 each, and related appurtenances. Phase 3B(LUMP SUM BID) consists of construction of a 200 gpm well, wellhouse with chlorination facilities and installation of an existing 5,000 gallon hydro-pneumatic water tank and related appurtenances.
