The construction of 50'X90 Concrete outdoor basketball court at the Fork Community Park. The court will be a concrete court. Grading of the property will be required. In addition, the court will be marked and two basketball goals installed.

Includes installation of new utilities to building structures on site, including sanitary sewer, stormwater, and electrical utilities. Minor demolition and repair of ground surface is anticipated as part of this work. Includes installation of 6" water main in addition to utilities to building structures.

Re-Bid 2: Rehabilitation of the existing parking lot and access drive at the Chesterfield Community Mental Health Center. Project includes leveling rutted areas, asphalt patching, and resurfacing, and alternates for removal and replacement of existing concrete flumes and riprap channels.

Replacement of AHUs 1-4 in 135 Cannon Street

One (1) new duplex submersible pump station, 525 LF of 6-inch force main, site work and electrical and the rehabilitation of approximately 1,570 LF of 8" gravity sewer and associated manholes and services.

The scope includes additions to Jesse Bobo and Roebuck Elementary Schools.

Remove existing roof system down to the existing plywood deck and provide new standing seam metal roof system.

The Town of Central is accepting sealed bids for the Installation of approximately 1,100 Square feet of concrete sidewalk, Stairs with Railing to the restroom area, sitting area concrete cap, and Installation of French Drains and culvert piping at the Central Community Park Playground located at 201 Wood Street in Central, SC 29630

The project shall consist of traffic control, variable asphalt milling, full-depth patching, surface preparation, asphalt hot in-place recycling, striping, and associated appurtenances of various local paved roadways. The approximate total project length is 6.6 miles.
