The scope includes main electrical system upgrades to add capacity to the 1951 infrastructure by replacing the main distribution, switchboards, panels, meters, and wiring. Work also includes the demolition of two existing elevators and the installation of a single, modern passenger elevator.

Berkeley County is requesting bids from qualified construction firms to provide road resurfacing for 41.85 miles of multiple road locations throughout Berkeley County.

The conversion of a grinder pumpstation and the associated laterals and sanitary force main. The station will be replaced with a sewer collection main with the addition of 3 new manholes and the abandonment/removal of one existing manhole. This new 8" PVC main will cross Mason St. and connect into an existing 8" sewer main. The existing 4" laterals will be replaced with multiple new 6" and 4" laterals to service 8 properties.

The City of Greenville is requesting bids for a proposed sidewalk connection near the intersection of Ridgeland Drive and McDaniel Avenue. The scope of services for this project involves construction of approximately 160 linear feet of five-foot-wide sidewalk with curb lawn, curb and gutter, storm drainage improvements, and other minor roadway improvements along Ridgeland Drive.

The existing Building C chilled water systems will be replaced with two new 120-ton air cooled chillers in a newly constructed exterior chiller yard. Supporting electrical, civil and structural trade utilities will be provided to support the new mechanical equipment.

Project is located in the City of Union, SC and work will include but will not necessarily be limited to the construction of a new amphitheater, restroom facility, associated sidewalks, landscaping and a other associated activities as detailed in the construction plans.
