Replace existing EPSS and update exterior lighting
City of Greenville is requesting bids from contractors to perform bank stabilization work along the Reedy River located within Cleveland Park, Falls Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail adjacent to Andover Park Apartment Complex. Construction includes in-stream rock structures, bank grading, brush mattresses, bench lifts, and geo-lifts.
Work shall consist of pedestrian improvements. The work shall include, but is not limited to, approximately 740 LF of sidewalk along Maxwell Street from Parkside Drive to Braddock Avenue.
Work includes roadway and drainage improvements along Glenn McConnell Parkway from the intersection at Bees Ferry Road to the intersection of Magwood Drive. In addition to the work above, drainage improvements between Lake Dotterer and Long Branch Creek are included as part of the bid package

This project consists of repairs to Tributary No. 1 to Reeder Point Branch. This portion of the stream is a concrete lined channel that has failed and has additional flooding due to damage in the channel.
