This PROJECT is being funded by a $9,999,075 South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) Grant and a $2,000,000 Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan. This project includes cleaning and televising approximately 73,500 feet of 6" to 12" sanitary sewer; performing necessary point repairs to the existing sewers to facilitate installation of cured-in-place pipe lining; lining approximately 73,000 feet of 8" to 12" sanitary sewers with CIPP and all associated work.

The work will consist of dredging approximately 400 linear feet of the Willbrook Canal, pumping of the dredged materials to an existing spoils containment basin, dewatering and trucking of the dredge spoils to permanent disposal, and restoration of the containment site dikes to pre-construction condition.  This project may be partially funded through SCIIP Grant funds.

Berkeley County School District is requesting qualifications packages from CM-R Firms for two new schools and one major renovation and addition project.

Provide CM-R services for complete renovation of Berkeley Campus for Trident Technical College. Scope of work to include new construction of training and assembly space, critical infrastructure upgrades in areas such as electrical power, wastewater, storm water, roads and skill pad. Additional work is necessary to correct facilities maintenance issues such as HVAC and other building components. The facility will serve as a flexible high-tech workforce training facility.
