The Project consists of constructing Phase I of the new Black River Landing located in Kingstree, SC that includes clearing and grubbing; removal of trees and stumps; hydroseeding; asphalt and permeable parking; striping; new restroom facilities; sediment and erosion control; and all related appurtenances.  

Repair/Replace existing stormwater system along Lyndon Drive. A section of the road will also be repaired/replaced. All work will be directed and verified by the engineer in the field. Work consists of providing all required materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the construction and installation of a factory built 600 gpm triplex BOOSTER PUMP STATION and Chlorination Facilities including related piping, controls and electrical work and site work. This project is funded in part by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA); all local, state and federal mandates shall apply. All BIDS shall be submitted on a lump sum basis.

The Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) is being issued by the County of Beaufort, South Carolina (the “County”) to solicit bids from companies with demonstrated experience and qualifications in designing and building facilities such as those required in this IFB. 

Cleaning and televising 27,900' of 6"-8" sanitary sewers; lining approx. 18,000' of 8" sanitary sewers, performing point repairs, televising and then rehabilitating approx. 110 service laterals via CIPP or replacement; replacing approx. 2,000' of 6" sewer with 8" sewer; rehabilitating approx. 80 manholes with cementitious mortar, other misc. manhole rehabilitation work, including bypass pumping, traffic control, and restoration.
