The project consists of dual jack-and-bore stormwater pipes under US-17, to establish a new direct outfall (via culvert pipes) across US-17 (Ocean Highway). Water, sewer, and electrical utilities will be relocated as necessary as part of the project. All disturbed areas will be restored to their original state with landscaping, vegetative ground cover, or pavement.
