Convert the septic system of the Olympia Armory to the city sewer system. The Olympia Armory is currently operating on a septic tank for all sanitary sewer service within the existing building. The design is to provide gravity sanitary sewer to the existing facility.

The objective of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit interest and credentials from qualified team, licensed in the State of South Carolina to provide progressive design-build services for improvements to Field Day Park in Lake Wylie SC. 

The City of Charleston is requesting Bids from Prequalified Contractors for the construction of the project. The project is located at the intersection of Netherby Lane, Club Course Drive, and Dorchester Road (SC-642). The plan proposes to widen both Netherby Lane and Club Course Drive to the inside, where the existing median will be reconstructed into a left turn lane. Traffic signal modifications, pedestrian ramp improvements, and crosswalks at the intersection are also proposed.

Marlboro County Government is issuing this Request for Proposals soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for a complete 2 wire irrigation control system; all associated plumbing, wiring and sprinkler heads as inventoried on materials list. All plumbing will be HPDE with 2 wire controlled sprinkler head system with all associated required 2 wire wiring. 

This project consists of full architecture and engineering design for a new 3200 sq ft maintenance building at the Wateree Correctional Institute. Building construction is a slab on grade with CMU walls, structural standing seam metal roof and all associated building systems shown in the construction documents. Work includes, but not limited to, site prep, utilities, metal roofing, interior/exterior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
