The Boone Hall Drive Drainage Improvement project, located in West Ashley, Charleston County, involves installing 125 feet of 18” Reinforced Concrete Pipe between two dwelling structures.
Remove approximately 450 linear feet of trees at this site. Remove 16 trees and stumps, as well as 1 excising stump. Stumps and roots must be grinded down below the ground level to ensure proper excavation and cleaning of the ditch.
The contractor will be responsible for removal of all asbestos-containing material at 342 S. Ron McNair Boulevard (TMS 80010-03-004) according to the asbestos survey report prepared for the project and in compliance with all EPA, OSHA, and SCDHEC regulations, and any other applicable law, using best practices.
