The Project consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment for installing a vacuum sewer system in the Bonaire Subdivision located in Beaufort County. Work items include installation of 10,280 LF of 4”, 6” and 8” vacuum main, 3550 LF of 3” vacuum main, 300 LF of 6” forcemain, 72 jack and bore road crossings, 140 vacuum valve pits, 108 LMI services, 13,000 LF of 4” sewer service line, connection to existing plumbing and installation of a prefabricated vacuum sewer station.
Base Bid work includes complete removal of the existing roof assembly and installation of a mechanically fastened thermoplastic roof system for Roof Areas A, B, D and E for approximately 303 squares.
