Base Bid work includes a two-ply modified bitumen roof system for Roof Areas A, A1, B1, C, D, D1 and D2 for approximately 105 squares. Alternate Number 1 work includes the same work as the Base Bid for Area B for approximately 20 squares. Alternate Number 1 work also includes painting exposed steel with heavy duty epoxy paint system (primer, base coat, and top coat) for Roof Area B.

Materials testing includes, but is not limited to concrete, asphalt, materials laboratory testing, pipe and culvert inspection, structure foundation testing, proof rolling and compaction testing. Special Inspection includes, but is not limited to, reinforced masonry, metal framing and fire proofing. Construction Observation includes, but is not limited to, providing daily reports on construction progress with pictures and identifying any on-site deficiencies.

Pipe bursting 4,377 lf of sewer pipe (10", 15", 18"), rehab 229 vf of manholes, reconnect 55 services, asphalt patch & overlay.  Project funded by CDBG. Work consists of constructing a 6” PVC gravity sewer service lateral to provide service to a new business development at 7401 Richard St. The Contractor will connect the new sewer service to the existing across Atlas Rd. 

Law Enforcement Training Center Building, 92 Stoneybrook Dr, York, SC 29745. Renovate the entrance in accordance with the attached drawings to comply with the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The reroofing of Roof Areas A,B,C1,C2,C3,C4,D,E and F. Installation of new wall panels, window perimeter sealant, retrofit roof drains, sheet metal work and any other misc items as specified within the bidding documents. Bids shall be submitted in accordance of hand delivery or mail in service only. Small and Minority business participation is highly encouraged.
